Carrying a concealed handgun is a privilege in Ohio, and with this privilege comes a responsibility to be aware, not only of the common sense rules of safe firearm handling, but the laws that affect how, when and where you can carry your firearm, and how to properly use the handgun to defend yourself or another person.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE APPLICATION POLICIES - New & Renewal
• Completed application (Applications are available on the Attorney General's Website)
• A 2 x 2 Picture
• A copy of your certificate for schooling
• A $50.00 money order for renewals and a $67.00 money order for new applications.
PLEASE HAVE YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH YOU OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION.
